Then they “split” the resulting lot into two lots, both of them 40ft by 165ft. On March 31, 1997, the empty lot 1023 Ocean Blvd. sold for $1,092,000.00. Then on December 5, 1997, the empty lot on 1033 Ocean Blvd. sold for $1,190,000.00. The above picture is a photo of the designer home that was built by the new owners on their rather expensive piece of real estate at 1023 Ocean Blvd.
