You have to look very closely to see the beach house. This 2400 square foot single story house (albeit elevated) is dwarfed by the 5000 square foot white "castle" to the left and the two story house with the pink fence to the right (at the right edge of the photo). Visualization is still more difficult, because of the three palm trees in front on the house, whose dark palms blurr with the dark roof of the beach house.
