| The Hotel del Coronado has built 35 "whole-ownership, limited-term-use condominiums" that they have sold (actually on 12/22/07 two of the sales fell out of escrow, so you might be able to purchase one for yourself!). Each sold for between from $2.7 and $3.9 million. Owners are limited to 90 days of use per year, or up to 25 days use during any 50-day period. The condos will be rented when not used by the owners and the owners will earn income from the rent. | ||
| You may want to rent a 3 bedroom condo at the Beach Village. Each bedroom has its own fireplace and plasma screen television. The is a kitchen, dinning room and “great” room. Two of the three bedrooms have a king size bed. The other bedroom has two queen sized beds. Each night (in January 2007=off season) costs $4540.00. If you also want a Jacuzzi with your 3 bedroom condo that will be $300/night extra. If you wish to park your car on the Hotel grounds.. that will be extra… Valet parking is $27/day and Self parking is $20/day. | ||
